This 1958 Baltimore Afro-American article reports on the conclusion of the Moore cases, noting that the Federal 4th Circuit Court of Appeals decision to reverse Judge Thomsen's previous decision that Harford County needed to move quicker on it's plan for complete desegregation. The Supreme Court upheld the court's decision. The school district did not fully desegregate until 1965.
