This is the 1993 obituary of Stephen P. Moore, Jr. from the Baltimore Sun. Mr. Moore was the father of Stephen Moore III and the lead force behind the Moore lawsuits on behalf of his son. In his career as an educator, he also served as the Principal of Bel Air Colored High School, and Vice Principal of Central Consolidated School.
